Have you been saying you need some new pictures of your kids, but just haven't gotten around to having them taken? Do you want to save money on a photo session and prints? You probably know family and friends who have been saying the same thing. Consider hosting a portrait party to earn a free session and prints.
What is a Portrait Party?
A portrait party is a chance for you to get together with friends or family and enjoy a fun and relaxed mini portrait session. You could turn it into a themed playdate, a picnic or a tea party!
How does it work?
As the hostess, you invite your guests and schedule 4-8 20-minute portrait sessions. We can hold the event at your home or another planned location. Your guests do not have to stay for the duration of the sessions, however I encourage you to plan some snacks and activities for little ones while they are waiting.
Children's parties can be held indoors or outdoors. If held inside, you will need a room or space in your house 10'x10' that can be cleared for the party. These are great for themed events - Superheros, princesses, tea parties, dress-up, whatever you can dream up.
Family parties need to be held outdoors.
How much does it cost?
Children's session are $25 per 20 minute session (add $5 for each additional child per session).
Family sessions are $50 per 20 minute session.
These session fees are due on the day of the party.
A week or so after the party, guests will receive an email with a link to an online gallery where prints and products can be ordered. Guests will have a week to place their orders for it to count toward rewards for the hostess.
